The Role of the Operational Strategy Board

The Operational Strategy Advisory Board will direct the priorities for Journey, focusing on:

  • Client Services: Continuously improving the quality and efficiency of our client services.
  • Operational Efficiencies: Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance our internal processes.
  • Security: Ensuring the highest standards of security in all our operations.
  • Software Training: Providing comprehensive training to ensure our team is proficient with the latest software and tools.
  • Onboarding and Training: Enhancing our onboarding process for new team members and ensuring ongoing training.
  • Client Training and Accessibility: Ensuring our clients are properly trained and can easily see and access all of our services.
  • Key Initiatives: Focusing on important items that drive our mission forward.

Our focus is always on the individual client, improving their experience and value. This team is built with five incredible leaders, each bringing a unique perspective to ensure every client and team member is well taken care of.

  • Ashlee Faulkner: Ashlee sees from all angles, understanding how culture, synergy, and efficiency play a part in every decision.
  • Adam Trousil: Adam lives daily in the support of clients and works with our new and old processes and policies to offer a fresh perspective.
