Our Journey with the BBB

Arguably one of the most humbling and significant honors we’ve received at Journey Payroll & HR was the Torch Award for Ethics in 2024.  The rigorous interview process made the experience truly unforgettable, and to be chosen as a recipient was an incredible milestone for our entire team.

This week, we were thrilled to have a group from our team attend the 2025 award ceremony, cheering on this year’s winners. Over the past year, we’ve had the pleasure of continuing to work with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and this partnership has only grown stronger. At this week’s event, our CEO, Kevin Welch, had the opportunity to reflect on the meaningful relationship Journey has built with the BBB.

We believe this partnership exemplifies what happens when organizations that share a commitment to trust and excellence come together. Collaboration like this paves the way for stronger businesses, and in turn, helps build stronger communities.
