Journey Payroll & HR (“Journey”) acts as a consumer reporting agency governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and federal background screening laws. It describes Journey’s practices relating to the receipt, processing, storage, transfer, and disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) collected during background screening and employment or income verification processes, including PII received through the Journey Payroll & HR website.
